The FOX Transfer dropper seatpost features a large diameter Piston and Spool Valve which regulates and eliminates seatpost movement while also reducing the force required at the lever. Brooks Saddles B15 Swallow reproduces the timeless design of the daddy of all modern racing saddles, first in production in 1937. It is available in 2 versions, one featuring the original chromium plated steel metalwork and one featuring a much lighter titanium metalwork. The tensioning plate on the underside still bears the original patenting information retaining the word DEPOSÉ, as the patent for this model was first registered in Paris. Back then many of Brooks saddles in fact were exported to the continent for the use of racers in the tours. The honey leather saddle features tubular steel rivets, and weighs 490 grams.

As bikes get more and more travel-happy, components and accessories have to evolve to keep up. Saddles, though, are largely immune to changing bike design — a seat’s a seat, right’ WTB’s not so sure, and so it designed the High Tail Carbon Saddle specifically to accommodate long-travel bikes that might otherwise buzz your saddle when the suspension is fully compressed. By shortening the saddle to 255mm and including a rear cut-out, WTB made sure the High Tail won’t get buzzed on bikes with compact rear frames, big wheels, and plush suspensions. This design also reduces the weight to a mere 159 grams with help from the inclusion of carbon-fiber rails and a featherweight carbon shell. A shorter tail makes it easier to get your weight off the back when you’re descending, and WTB’s signature DNA padding provides personalized and unparalleled comfort. While the High Tail was made with DH and enduro riding in mind, it’s light and comfortable enough to work as a trail or road saddle, so don’t hesitate to throw it on your preferred ride.

We’re sure that by the point you reached this page, you’ve spent multiple seasons refining your time trial position on the bike. And, over the course of this trial and error, you’ve realized that the more forward your position is on the bike, the more efficient your ride becomes. However, the governing bodies that be have placed uncompromising restrictions on your saddle position, which is why Profile Design created the Fast Forward Seatpost to skirt around the rules. The Fast Forward Carbon (FFC) features a 38mm offset, meaning that it moves your riding position 38mm forward. So, for a real world example, the FFC will make a 73 degree seat tube angle more like a 78 degree seat tube angle. Accordingly, you’re able to achieve a more forward position, limiting the required stretch that’s necessary for the TT body position. Additionally, it creates a direct drive of power to the cranks, while reducing pressure and stress to the perineum region. For the construction, Profile Design employed a multi-directional carbon fiber in order to maintain a low overall weight (210 grams in a 27. 2mm size) and to assist in vibration absorption. And for durability, Profile built the head of the FFC from forged 6061-T6 aluminum. The Profile Design Fast Forward Carbon Seatpost is available in the color Black and in both 27. 2 and 31. 6mm diameters. Please note that this seatpost features 300mm length and a 38mm offset.
